other arrangements have been made. If your NHA study guide is lost, damaged or stolen, you may purchase a
replacement for $40. Other costs that are required in obtaining a California CPTI License are not included in
the tuition fees. By completing registration for a semester or session, students become financially
responsible for payment of all applicable fees by the due date(s). Payments not received by the due date(s)
are subject to collection, attorney, and litigation costs, which also become a financial obligation of the
student.
Additionally, accounts must be current to maintain enrollment eligibility and to request and receive official
school documents and services. A "returned check charge" of $25 is assessed for a check returned by the
bank for any reason. Under California Civil Code #1719, a returned check may create a liability of treble
(three times) the amount owed, but not less than $100.
